How to program a crystal
- Devote a few minutes to think about and set your intentions,
- It’s best to do this in a quiet yet comfortable place where you can sit and reflect.
- Hold your crystal in your hand and get in sync with its energy.
- Visualize your intention. When you feel that you’re ready to transfer your energy towards your crystal, say your intention out loud three times.
- Repeat your crystal intention setting as often as needed to keep your energy focused on your goals.
- Once your intention is set you can carry your crystal with you or place it somewhere you can easily view it as a reminder of your intention.
- Once your crystal has been programmed, get ready to unlock the endless healing possibilities of your crystal.
