How long will my purchase take to arrive?

  • All our products have the same delivery time frame of 10-15 business days. If your product has not arrived within that time frame please reach out to us at support@turixstore.com.

Only one of the two products I purchased arrived?

  • Please allow an extra few days for your other product to arrive. Our products are stored in different warehouses so single order products ship at different times. 

I've entered the wrong shipping address or selected the wrong model. Can I change it?

    • Please email us right away at support@turixstore.com. indicating your Order Number so we can assist you quickly. We will check your order in our system and if it still hasn’t been processed yet, we can still make changes. It is a must that you contact us right away. We process and ship each order almost instantly, so if your order/s happens to be dispatched already, we won’t be able to grant your request. 

How secure is my personal information?

  • Turix adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.
    • Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored

How do I check the status of my order?

  • Once your order has shipped we will email you an order tracking number that you can use to track your shipment

How does the crystal box subscription work?

All our subscription boxes ship on the 15 of the month regardless of the date you subscribed.

Example: If you subscribe from March 1st to 31st you will receive the April box which is sent out on April 15th.  If you subscribed from April 1st to 30th you will receive the May box which is sent out on May 15th.

When do I get Billed?

Your first box is billed at the time of subscription. For following months you will be billed on the 15th of every month.

Cancelation of my subscription box

You can email us to cancel your subscription at any time. Just keep in mind that cancellations made after the 14th of the month will be effective for the following month as boxes ship on the 15th of every month.

How long will my box take to arrive?

I have subscribed to trial an item of the Crystal Box, when do I get my 1st full box?

Your trial item will be prepared and shipped after you place your order. Your full box will be sent depending on the date you subscribed:

    • If you ordered between the 1-15 of the month: Your box will be sent on the 1st of the next month and every month after.
    • If you ordered between the 15-31 of the month: Since you will be receiving your trial item at the beginning of the next month, your first box will be sent the following month so you have time to decide if you are satisfied.
  • For following months you will be billed on the 15th of every month. 

 PayPal Subscription to Crystal Box

If you subscribed to the Crystal Box via PayPal, PayPal will charge the monthly fee every month on the same date of your subscription.

Your boxes will always be sent on the 15th of every month when we ship all the boxes.

For canceling a subscription under PayPal please email us at any time before the date of the charge. Cancelation after this date willbe valid for the next month.

We cannot cancel the order once we ship your box.
