What are your work hours?

Turix is a small business. Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm Pacific Time

We do our best to get back to all the emails we get in 24-48 hours.

How long will my purchase take to arrive?

  • We process orders within 24-48 hours and shipping details will be available in 7-10 days after processing. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for domestic (Canada orders), and 3- 5 weeks for international orders.
  • In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected and sometimes it depends on the destination. Your patience is truly appreciated. You can always contact us if you have any questions regarding your purchase at support@turixstore.com
  • International packages can be held up in customs for up to 2 weeks. Unfortunately this is up to your government and we have no control over the process. 
  • Do not worry, we know there can be issues with international shipping, our Policy however guarantees that you will receive your product. If after 8 weeks from your purchase date customs has not released it, please let us know and we will send your complete order again at our cost.

Only one of the two products I purchased arrived?

  • Please allow an extra few days for your other product to arrive. Our products are stored in different warehouses so we might ship them separately (with no extra cost for you) to make sure you get them faster.

I've entered the wrong shipping address or selected the wrong crystal. Can I change it?

    • Please email us right away at support@turixstore.com. indicating your Order Number so we can assist you quickly. We will check your order in our system and if it still hasn’t been processed, we can still make changes.
    • It is a must that you contact us right away. We process and ship each order almost instantly, so if your order/s happens to be dispatched already, we won’t be able to grant your request.

    • Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored

How do I check the status of my order?

  • Once your order has shipped we will email you an order tracking number that you can use to track your shipment. Make sure to check your spam folder in case it went there by mistake
