Refund & Shipping Policy
IMPORTANT: Please make sure all addresses are correct, we will not refund for wrong address on your part. If your package is returned to us because you did not supply a complete shipping address, then we will notify you and you will have to pay the shipping again for the package to be sent a second time.
We understand that you may change your mind from time to time, and we want you to be 100% happy with your new crystals! We offer exchanges and returns for your Turix pieces within 30 days of your purchase date. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately if your order has already shipped we are not able to cancel it.
Once a package leaves our workshop we no longer have control over the package. We are a small company so we rely on your country's national post service to complete the delivery.
International customers are responsible for contacting their local carrier to determine the status of any package through the tracking number we provide you.
We are not responsible for lost packages, but we do everything we can from our side to help you locate your lost package. While most international packages arrive within 10-15 business days it can take up to 8 weeks for delivery in some countries. Be aware that any international customs office can detain a package for up to 30 days.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the package.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your money back to your original method of purchase within 48 hours. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
If the merchandise is lost, stolen in the mail, or considered undeliverable by the carrier, it is not the responsibility of Turix to replace it or refund it.
By placing an order, clients confirm that they are able to receive packages in their mailbox securely.
Full refunds are only applicable for 30 days after your expected delivery date.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and include a photo of the item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and not later than 30 days after purchase.
Turix will honor a one-time replacement of that piece (or one of equivalent value if the item is out of stock) due to a production defect. Then, we will send you an entirely new piece. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for your replacement piece to ship out
*Very important to include a clear photo of the damaged item. Without a photo unfortunately we will not be able to replace it.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will receive an online gift credit.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on. the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated.
